Our services
Condominium association management (WEG)
In Germany, a Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaft (WEG) is an association of individual apartment owners. We support associations with the commercial, technical and organisational management of their shared property. This includes preparing owners’ meetings, implementing resolutions, managing service providers and maintenance, checking invoices, monitoring payments and preparing annual accounts and budgets. Our aim is to give owners a clear view of the property and the decisions ahead.
Individual apartment and rental management (SEV)
If you own a rented apartment in Germany, our Sondereigentumsverwaltung (SEV) service looks after the unit on your behalf. We coordinate tenant communication, rent monitoring, accounting, repairs and maintenance. Whether you live elsewhere in Germany or abroad, you have a local contact and clear reporting on your apartment.
Commercial property management
We manage commercial properties and mixed-use buildings, including offices and retail units, in Berlin and across Germany. Services are agreed for each property and can include rent monitoring, tenant communication, operating cost statements based on the lease terms, maintenance coordination and clear financial reporting. We tailor the scope to the property’s use, leases and the owner’s requirements.
Property management across Germany
We currently manage 43 properties with 921 units: 23 properties in Berlin, 2 in Chemnitz, 13 in Salzgitter and 5 in Goslar. We assess management enquiries from other German locations individually, taking the property, service needs and local support into account. We also assist buyers and sellers across Germany with organising available property documents and coordinating with the parties involved. For apartments in a condominium association, we can review management records, budgets, annual accounts and meeting minutes. This support does not include estate agency services or legal, tax or financing advice; where needed, we coordinate with appropriately qualified professionals.
